
Graduate Schools
There are several graduate degree programs offered in English at Kwansei Gakuin. First, the Institute of Business and Accounting (IBA) at Kwansei Gakuin University offers a unique education system, comprising the Business School and the Accounting School, and the International Management Course (IMC) under the Business School is a place where future global business leaders gain advanced professional knowledge and skills.
The Graduate School of Science and Technology has an International Master’s Degree Program in English, in which all programs are conducted in English. The aim of the programs is to keep pace with globalization and expose students to state-of-the-art technology with up-to-date research applications. An extended Doctoral Degree program is also offered.
Beginning in April 2025, learning in Kobe-Sanda will open doors to the world and the future. Based on the spirit of nurturing 'global citizens,' the Graduate School of Policy Studies will launch the Graduate Department of Arts in UN System Policy Studies. This program aims to train global leaders who will be active in the international public sphere, such as the United Nations and other international organizations.
There are currently about 600 international students studying at KGU as regular (degree-seeking) students, enrolled in programs offered in Japanese. International students are required to take a special entrance examination for foreign students.
