On Friday, 8 July 2022, 14 students and Prof. Holger Bungsche visited IKEA Kobe. At IKEA Kobe, the staff gave presentations on the history of IKEA, its design and business model, as well as human resource management.

One of the students commented that it was very interesting that the staff (co-worker) spoke about “parallel” career development, including their own experiences.
