Kwansei Gakuin University and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF, HQ: New York) have signed an internship agreement. As one of the international internship destinations for students studying in the UN and Foreign Affairs Course, a minor graduate course at Kwansei Gakuin University, UNICEF has agreed on a framework for accepting students who meet certain conditions as interns. UNICEF is an agency that provides long-term humanitarian and development assistance to children and mothers in developing countries, with a mandate to protect the right of every child to survival, protection and development. This is the second case of UNICEF signing a partnership agreement with a Japanese university.
