International Hemingway Conferences have been organized to promote, support, and coordinate scholarship and studies related to the works and life of the late Ernest Hemingway. However, the research outcomes presented are not limited to the study of the author or literary research; many sessions also address pressing issues such as racism, gender issues, and social inequality, a trend that has become increasingly prominent in recent years.
